Greg Livingstone Award

For more than six decades, Greg championed the cause of bringing the gospel to unreached peoples, and his influence on global missions—and on the EPC in particular—has been immeasurable. Through his teaching, personal mentoring, and strategic partnership with EPC World Outreach, Greg helped ignite within our denomination a deep burden for the nations and a passion to send workers where the Church is not yet present.

In his honor, at the 46th General Assembly, EPC World Outreach established the inaugural—and one-time—Greg Livingstone Award, recognizing an EPC church that is faithfully living into its global missional calling.

There are so many worthy churches, both large and small, but it is with great joy that we present this award to Gateway Church of Findlay, Ohio, in the Presbytery of the Midwest, for their joyful and sacrificial engagement in the Great Commission—both in their community and among the nations, especially those with least-access to the Gospel.

To God be the glory for the lives and legacy of Greg and Sally, for the faithful witness of Gateway Church, and for the mission that continues through all of us.
